Types of Open Access

Full Open Access Journals

In Full Open Access journals, all published articles are made freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication. Every article in the journal is accessible to all readers without subscription barriers.

Hybrid Open Access Journals

Hybrid Open Access journals operate under the traditional subscription model while also offering authors the option to make individual articles Open Access upon request. Authors may choose Open Access publication for their accepted article, while other articles in the same journal remain subscription-based.

Fast Track + Open Access

Selected Techno-Press journals provide a Fast Track + Open Access option for authors seeking accelerated review and publication together with immediate global accessibility and enhanced research visibility.

While standard Open Access publication may be selected after manuscript acceptance, the Fast Track + Open Access option must be selected at the time of submission.

Articles with the Fast Track + Open Access option are handled on an accelerated editorial timeline (within approximately 6 months, subject to the peer-review process).

For further information, please contact the Editorial Office of the relevant journal.
